New Horizon Foods provides their management team with the systems that ensure success.  These systems include, resident satisfaction, surveys, meal audits as well as creating audits that meet the needs of the facility.  New Horizon Foods also provides monthly inservices to ensure regulatory compliances are met. 

The management team at New Horizon Foods are very involved in the day-to-day operation of their facility.  These managers walk through dining rooms connecting with both residents and family members at  meal times and are involved in food committee meetings as well as working with the residents to plan their menus.  This is done two times a year.  Every menu is different from facility to facility as each location is responsible for their own menus.
